Selling with Us

In order to achieve the best outcome, before our meeting, please take a moment to gather together the below items which we will need in the process of selling your property:

~ A copy of your latest Council rates notice

~ A copy of a title search on your property (if you have one)

~ Your latest body corporate invoice (if you have one)

~ Any floor plans or site plans (if you have them)

~ Details of any non-fixed items that you will be selling with your home (ie a non fixed outdoor spa or certain furniture)

~ Your solicitor’s details

~ A copy of your house keys

~ A copy of any building and pest inspection reports you may have had prepared (not essential for the seller to arrange)

~ Any special photographs you’ve taken or had taken of your home – ie aerials

Copies of any building approvals for extensions or pools etc (if relevant). Your contact details including mobile phone number and email address (and postal address if different to your property address)

If you are not the sole owner of the property, please ensure you have discussed your intentions with any other co-owners.  If possible, it is preferred if all owners are present at our initial presentation so that they fully understand our methods of operation and services
